Comcast's Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Week

First, the Internet blows up over an AP report that found that Comcast interferes with some online traffic, a move that runs counter to the cherished Internet tenet of "net neutrality" and may open the company up to lawsuits.

Next, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell rips into Comcast for not doing more to get the league's NFL Network into cable subscribers' homes.

Now comes a cringe-worthy tale from a New York Times reporter, Brad Stone, who writes on the Bits blog that his conversation with two Comcast employees was first disconnected, then interrupted by a woman who was trying to get ahold of her husband.
